I’m a huge fan of Tiny Devotions and am so excited to discover your blog through their FB Page!

I committed to my yoga practice this past year and am just embarking on my teacher training journey. I find that what my practice is bringing into my life brings me a huge amount of peace, reminding me to be present. I also love early morning moments with my almost 1 year old daughter when we just look at one another and smile.

Love and beauty have collided to make to two wonderful things. As for what brings me peace, when i see kindness and love in the world. It happened to me just yesterday actually. I go to the counter at whole foods and realized my wallet is at the house, so I not able to pay for my things, after many apologies I head to work. I’m walking out the door and a lady hands me a bag with my items in it she paid my 8.44 grocery bill. I have a mantra and it is Love never dies. It is so true. Love is always and forever and you can find it anywhere.

Water and the air that surrounds it. The ocean, or even a bubble bath help me breathe, center and calm my body & mind.

  52. Avatar January 10th, 2012 at 5:01 pm Heather-Leigh Logan Says:

I am so excited about this giveaway!

What brings me peace? There is so much within and around…
I would say one of the things that has recently inspired peace within has been harnessing the power of intention and setting my intentions for the day as a morning ritual. My intentions help me take greater control of my life by directing my mind with a purpose or plan. When I set positive intentions for my day, I am aligning my mind and spirit on the proper energy vibrations on which to act upon to achieve what I want out of life.

I also have found tranquility in yoga and inspiration from all those who live with joy. “United in the heart, consciousness steadied, then we abide by our own true divine nature – joy. The expression of this joy is infinite love, which encompasses and then transforms everything it touches. Many of us have had a glimmer of this feeling when we are falling in love. Everything looks brighter; even gloomy days cannot dissuade us from our bliss. We radiate joy and greet the world with openness and clarity. People smile at us, mirroring this loving energy back to us. This then serves to remind us of who we truely are. And the glorious cycle continues.” -Nischala Joy Devi

Love your blog, keep inspiring! xx
