Somehow i  haven’t talked about beauty, here on the blog for a while. Sorry guys, i really didn’t notice until now :/  So today a wanna give you an update on new nail polish colors that will make us smile. This is the newest Spring 2011 OPI collection, and it is inspired by Texas. The collection’s twelve shades is due in stores in February, and include the following colors :

On another note,  I want to let all S. Floridians know about an amazing reggae festival that will happen tomorrow in Miami, because i know how hard it is to find things to do aroud here. What girl doesn’t love fairies, butterflies and makeup? I know I do, so when I saw the Too Faced for Holiday collection, my heart dropped and I became completely obsessed with this adorable collection.  First starting with the packaging..OMG… it’s really cute!! And of course their products don’t disappoint either.  They have  makeup sets that will make the perfect holiday gift. (yes, I want one! there, I said it!! LOL) These sets come with just about everything you need to look gorgeous, from eye shadows, lipsticks, blush, mascara to primer, and even bronzer lotion. WOW!! It’s all available at Sephora, and here are the pictures. So, is it only me? or you want it too?

Que garota não ama fadas, borboletas e maquiagem? Eu sei que eu amo, então quando eu vi a coleção da Too Faced para o fim do ano, o meu coração parou e eu fiquei completamente obcecada com esta coleção adorável. Primeiro começando com a embalagem.. OMG… é muito fofa!! E, claro que os seus produtos tambem não decepcionam. Eles têm makeup sets que serão o presente perfeito para o Natal (sim, eu quero um! tá, eu disse! How was the weekend, everyone? Mine was really fun and extremely busy. Although I am really tired today, I still managed to do this post for you guys, to show the Fabulous Feline Collection from MAC , three cat-inspired mini-collections that will surely make you crave for the perfect cat eye look.  The mini collections are: Burmese Beauty, Palace Pedigreed and Leopard Luxe, each containing:

• One pallette with four shades of eye shadows;
• Three shades of superslick liquid eye liners;
• Pigments are available in two limited edition shades;
• Four shades of lipsticks;
• Lipglosses in three shades;
• A mineralize blush;
• A cremestick liner .

It will launch on August 26 at MAC stores and at MACcosmetics.com.

MAC in collaboration with Disney will launch this limited edition collection in September (US) and worldwide in October. The products consisting of lipstick, powder, lip gloss and blush shades, will be divided in four mini collections each featuring one of these characters: Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmations, Evil Queen from Snow White, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty and Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog.  As I imagined the color pallet is filled with dark shades, which makes prefect sense. Here are the products:

With 12 eyeshadows and 6 lip-glosses “Dare to wear” is a very good name to describe  this bright and colorful collection, which will launch on July 29 here in the US and August 1 worldwide. I am loving the shades of blue and purple, and the glosses are extremely hot. Let’s take a look:

How was the holiday??  Mine was awesome!! I went to Ginnie Springs (FL) which is a beautiful place where freshwater springs nest in over 200 wooded acres along a river, where we camped for 4 days and enjoyed the crystal-clear water which is a constant 72 degrees (think about some freaking cold water!), but it balances perfect with the summer heat. If you like camping, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and snorkeling, you would love this place, I totally recommend. I will post a few pictures here as soon as I can.

But now, back to our regular content. I wanna show you OPI‘s 12-piece new collection which is inspired by Switzerland and will launch on August 1.  There is also a 4-piece mini collection, dubbed Irre-Swiss-Ables. Here are the colors:

Olá, minhas flores!

Como foi o feriado? O meu foi otimo!! Fui a Ginnie Springs (FL), que é um lugar lindo onde as nascentes de água doce se espalham em mais de 200 hectares de árvores ao longo de um rio, onde acampamos por 4 dias e aproveitamos a água cristalina que é uma constante de 22 graus (pense numa água gelada!), mas se equilibra perfeitamente com o calor do verão. Se você gosta de acampar, caiaque, canoagem, natação e mergulho, você iria amar esse lugar, eu recomendo totalmente. Vou postar algumas fotos aqui assim que eu puder.

Happy friday!!! Finally the weekend is here

MAC will launch this collection here in the US on July 8,  and internationaly on August 2010.  I loved the fact that each eye shadow comes in a trio and the blush in a due, so its like, buy one and get one or two free. LOL  I liked the lipsticks but I have to confess that the cremesheens didn’t enchanted me at all, the colors are boring… and who on earth will use that green one?!  :) Is it only me, or you thought it is kinda weird too??

Feliz sexta-feira! Finalmente o fim de semana está aqui

A MAC vai lançar essa coleção aqui nos E.U. em 8 de Julho, e internacionalmente em Agosto de 2010. Eu amei o fato de que cada sombra vem em um trio e o blush em dupla, é como se fosse, compre um e ganhe um ou dois free. LOL Gostei dos batons, mas tenho que confessar que o cremesheens não me encantaram nem um pouco, as cores são boring.. e que na terra vai usar aquele verde?!  :) Foi só eu, ou você também achou que é meio estranho??
