Today I’m stopping by super quick just to show you guys some of the beautiful gowns that crossed the Golden Globes Red carpet yesterday. I am excited to say that the choices were very good and I had a hard time choosing my favorite. But between lots of mermaid dresses and sparkly ones, my number one best dressed was Kate Beckinsale in Roberto Cavalli , my second favorite was Sofia Vergara looking good in a Vera Wang dress and third place goes to Emma Stone in  Lanvin.   So do you like my choices??

Red carpet season officially started this week.. yuhuu! And to begin our dress frenzi here are my favorites from People’s Choice Awards and Critics’ Choice Awards. As we’ve been seeing for quite some time now, pastel colors are here to stay and i really like these yummy and pretty colors. My favorite was Diane Kruger’s Prada dress.. also loved Kelly Osbourne’s Honor dress, simple but super pretty.

A temporada de Red carpet  começou oficialmente esta semana.. yuhuu! E para começar nosso frenzi de vestidos aqui estão os meus favoritos do prêmios People’s Choice Awards e do Critics’ Choice Awards. Como temos visto por algum tempo ja, os tons pasteis estão aqui para ficar e eu realmente adoro essas cores gostosas e lindas. Meu favorito foi o vestido Prada de Diane Kruger…  também amei o vestido da Kelly Osbourne da Honor, simples mas super bonito.

How was the weekend? Hope you had a great one, and remembered to watch the 2011 MTV Movie Awards yesterday night. I like to watch the show mostly because of the fashion scene but it’s also super funny and unexpected. I’ve selected my favorite looks and here they are:  First is Blake Lively who looked stunning in that cobalt blue Michael Kors dress; Second is Mila Kunis in a Balmain mini skirt and a black top and third is Emma Stone in a black and gold Bottega Veneta dress. Who was your favorite??

Como foi o fim de semana? Espero que tenha sido bom, e que voce tenha  lembrado de assistir ao 2011 MTV Movie Awards ontem a noite. Eu gosto de assistir o show na maior parte por causa do cenário da moda, mas também é super engraçado e inesperado. Eu selecionei os meus looks favoritos e aqui estão: Primeiro é a  Blake Lively, que estava impressionante nesse vestido azul cobalto Michael Kors; Segundo é a Mila Kunis em uma mini-saia Balmain e um top preto e a terceira é a Emma Stone com o vestido  preto e dourado Bottega Veneta.  Quem foi a sua favorita?

A quick post, just to show my favorites looks from yesterday’s MET Ball Gala. Nude was a big hit and in my opinion Gwyneth Paltrow was on top of the list.. proving that you don’t need much to look fabulous. Diane Kruger and Sarah Jessica Parker both looked simply beautiful and very sophisticated. I  also loved those colored dresses, like Eva Mendes, Ginnifer Goodwin and Zoe Saldana. Hope you like my choices.. and let me know if you have any other favorite that it’s not here.

Um post rápido, só para mostrar meus looks favoritos de ontem no MET Baile de Gala. O nude foi um grande sucesso e na minha opinião Gwyneth Paltrow estava no topo da lista… provando que   você não precisa muito para ficar fabulosa.  Diane Kruger e Sarah Jessica Parker foram duas que estavam simplesmente lindas e muito sofisticadas. Eu também adorei aqueles vestidos coloridos, como o de Eva Mendes, Ginnifer Goodwin e Zoe Saldana. Espero que gostem das minhas escolhas… e me deixe saber se você tem algum outro favorito que não está aqui.

And it is with a lot of disappointment that i come here today to show you guys my “favorites” from the Oscar. And as you can notice… i wrote favorites between quotation marks, and the reason is because i did not love these dresses. It’s really upsetting when you expect  to see beautiful gowns on a red carpet like this.. and celebrities fail to deliver it. But well, life goes on.. And my choices are all on the same note: nudes! There is one for every taste, so i hope you like at least one of them. Oh! and one thing that made me very happy was to see Natalie Portman winning. She really deserved.

E é com muita decepção que eu venho aqui hoje para mostrar a vocês os meus “favoritos” do Oscar. E como você pode notar…  eu escrevi  favoritos entre aspas, e a razão é porque eu não amei esses vestidos. É realmente xato quando você espera ver vestidos    bonitos em um tapete vermelho como este .. e as celebridades não conseguem cumprir com isso. Mas mesmo assim a vida continua… E as minhas escolhas são todas na mesma nota: nudes! Há uma para cada gosto, então  espero que você goste de pelo menos um deles. ;) Oh! e uma coisa que me deixou muito feliz foi ver Natalie Portman ganhando. Ela realmente merecia.

Happy Valentines day..my flowers!

Hope you had a great weekend, and wish you the best for v-day. This year,I decided not to do a post suggesting valentines gifts, only because i realized it is something really personal and no one but you.. knows what’s best to give to your loved one. Ain’t that right?! So moving on.. Yesterday was the biggest night for the music industy and of course i didn’t miss. Not only because i love music, but mainly because i wanted to check the fashion that goes around the Grammy’s. I saw lots of sparkly dresses.. but most of them, didn’t enchant me. For some reason i liked  Miley Cyrus look, i guess it was kinda bohemian and her jewelry was amazing..so i liked. But in general, I was really drawn to these beautiful blue gowns. Natasha Bedingfield looked gorgeous in a floral embroidered dress, although i did not like the hairstyle.. she was my favorite.

Ontem foi a maior noite da indústria da música e claro, que eu não perdi. Não só porque adoro musica, mas principalmente   porque eu queria ver a moda que gira em torno do Grammy. Vi muitos vestidos brilhosos .. mas a maioria deles, não me encantou. Por alguma razão gostei do look da Miley Cyrus, acho que ficou meio boêmio e suas jóias estavam incríveis.. então eu gostei. Mas, em geral, eu realmente fiquei atraída por esses belos vestidos azuis.   Natasha Bedingfield estava linda em um vestido floral bordado, embora eu não tenha gostado do penteado.. Ela foi a minha favorita.

How was the weekend? Hope you had a great one, and remembered to watch the 17th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards yesterday. And if you missed… no problem, because here are my favorite looks. But first I have to start by saying that Natalie Portman really deserved to win as outstanding female actor, because her performance in Black Swan was just amazing! Loved the movie… and if you haven’t watched yet, please do… i recommend. And coincidentally my favorite dress of the night, was worn be the hottie Mila Kunis, who is also on the same movie. She looked simply gorgeous and sexy on that Alexander McQueen strapless chiffon gown, and i loved her makeup as well. For my other choices, check the gallery below.

Como foi o fim de semana? Espero que tenha sido bom, e que você tenha lembrado de assistir ao 17th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, ontem. E se você perdeu… no problem, porque aqui estão meus looks favoritos. Mas primeiro tenho de começar dizendo que Natalie Portman realmente mereceu ganhar como melhor atriz , porque o seu desempenho no Cisne Negro foi simplesmente fantástico! Amei o filme… e se você ainda não assistiu, por favor veja… eu recomendo. E, coincidentemente o meu vestido favorito da noite, foi usado pela  hottie Mila Kunis,que também está no mesmo filme. Ela estava simplesmente linda e sexy naquele vestido tomara-que-caia de chiffon do Alexander McQueen , e eu tambem amei a maquiagem. Hello flowers!!!

I am back from my amazing winter wonderland vacation! It was wonderful, no words can describe how happy i am to have experience everything that this trip provided me. I saw tons of snow, i made my very first snowman, i  snowboarded, i saw beautiful snowy mountains and i can definitely say that i had one of the best times of my life. Oh.. and of course i do have pictures to show all that, but those will come on a later post, okay?!

One thing i didn’t get to do, was to watch the Golden Globe’s.. yeah i was way to excited to even remember! But, thanks to the paparazzis and to JustJared, i was able to find pictures of the red carpet. So, i chose my favorites and here they are: Anne Hathaway was looking fabulous in that sparkly Armani dress; my 2nd fav was Angelina’s emerald green gown and third place goes to Olivia Wilde.  In the gallery below i have a few more looks that i loved. Olá flores!

Estou de volta da minha incrível férias de inverno! Foi maravilhoso, não tenho palavras para descrever o quanto estou feliz de ter experiênciado tudo que esta viagem me proporcionou. Eu vi toneladas de neve, fiz o meu primeiro boneco de neve, eu snowboard,  vi belas montanhas  nevadas e definitivamente posso dizer que esse foi um dos melhores momentos da minha vida. Ah.. e é claro, que eu tenho fotos para mostrar tudo isso, mas elas virão em um post mais tarde, ok?!

Uma coisa que eu não consegui fazer, foi assistir ao Globo de Ouro... é eu estava muito animada para até mesmo lembrar! Mas, graças aos paparazzis e  ao JustJared, conseguiu encontrar fotos do tapete   vermelho. Então, escolhi minhas preferidas e aqui estão elas: Anne Hathaway estava deslumbrante naquele vestido de brilho Armani; minha 2nd fav foi Angelina com o vestido verde esmeralda e o terceiro lugar vai para Olivia Wilde. Once again, the “Red Carpet Season” begins (yeayeah!), and our first stop is at People’s Choice Awards 21011. As i expected, the event was  full of beautiful dresses, and as you will notice… many of them were in pastel colors. Love it! I’ve selected 10 of my favorites for the night, and Selena Gomes not only is on top of my list, but she also appeared twice there, and although she’s really young and everything, i gotta say… that girl can dress really well. Do you agree? And Virginia Williams was looking stunning in this puce pink scoop-back mini. Hope you like my selection!

Mais uma vez, a “Red Carpet Season” começa (yeayeah!),   e nossa primeira parada é no People’s Choice Awards 21011. Como eu esperava, o evento estava cheio de vestidos bonitos, e como você vai notar… muitos deles eram em tons pastel. Amei! Eu selecionei 10 das minhas favoritas para a noite, e Selena Gomes não só está no topo da minha lista, mas ela também apareceu duas vezes por lá, e apesar de ser novinha e tudo mais, eu tenho que dizer… essa menina sabe se vestir muito bem. Vocês concordam? E Virginia Williams estava deslumbrante neste mini rosa queimado com costas nua.  Espero que gostem minha selecção!

Who watched the Emmy Awards yesterday? Unfortunately, I only saw the red carpet moment, which is a good thing since this is exactly what I wanna talk about and of course show you my favorites. Let me start saying that once again Black x White were the choices of many celebs, just like the MTV Music Awards, remember? I really don’t get why, with so many gorgeous dresses in various colors, the celebs insist in wearing black or white. But, got tell you.. this time they choose beautiful gowns that somehow ended up in my best dressed list. LOVE Maria Menounos 1920′s old Hollywood glamour dress (1st pic.) with 15,000 Swarovski and the low back cut, may seen too much…but, not for a celebrity! Second place goes to Kim K. with her gorgeous Marchesa goddess white dress. She looked stunning!! And third place goes to Heide Klum in a very LittleBD also by Marchesa.

Quem assistiu o Emmy Awards ontem? Infelizmente, só vi o momento do tapete vermelho, que é uma coisa boa, pois é exatamente isso que eu quero falar e, claro, mostrar a vocês os meus favoritos. Deixa eu começar dizendo que mais uma vez Black x White foram as escolhas de muitas celebs, assim como no MTV Music Awards, lembra? Eu realmente não entendo porque, com tantos vestidos lindos em várias cores, as celebridades insistem em vestir preto ou branco. Mas, tenho que dizer que desta vez elas escolheram uns vestidos bem bonitos que de alguma forma acabaram na minha lista das mais bem vestidas.  AMEI o estilo 1920 glamour de Hollywood do vestido da Maria Menounos (1ª foto) com 15.000 Swarovski e o decote nas costas, pode até parecer muito… mas, não para uma celebridade! O segundo lugar vai para Kim K. com seu deslumbrante vestido branco de deusa por Marchesa. Ela estava impressionante! E o terceiro lugar vai para Heide Klum em um bem LittleBD também por Marchesa.
